history of excellence

Pat Williams founded Pat Williams Construction Company in Leesville, LA in 1978. What began as a small one man company would eventually grow into one of the most respected general contracting firms in Central and Southwest Louisiana.

The years following Pat Williams Construction’s founding were times that saw the company performing small residential renovations to new home construction. At this time, the construction company was performing five hundred thousand dollars a year in construction services with five employees. As the company’s reputation grew, so did the volume and the number of employees. In 1988, Pat Williams Construction Company became known as Pat Williams Construction, Incorporated. The number and size of construction projects rose over the next ten years as Pat Williams Construction solidified its place as one of Central Louisiana’s largest, most reliable, quality-minded commercial contractors. Notable projects of the day included the Hampton Inn (Alexandria, Louisiana), Ramada Convention Center (Alexandria, Louisiana), Vernon Parish Library (Leesville, LA) and Cypress Bend Resort (Many, Louisiana).

As of 2009, Pat Williams Construction, Inc. has 55 employees and performs $18 million in annual revenue per year. Expansion to the Southwest Louisiana area has become part of the growth strategy of the company. As the company moves forward, the commitment to provide quality general contracting services on complex commercial public construction projects on-time and on-budget is the standard that we expect.
