Overview
Pat Williams Construction Inc. has been the premier general construction company headquartered in Vernon Parish, Louisiana since 1978. Our primary focus is on public bid work, military and governmental construction, churches, private and commercial construction, multi-family housing (HUD and private), hotel and motel projects, schools and university projects, and high end residential work.
We generally have work on-going in the areas surrounding Vernon Parish, including but not limited to Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, Allen, Beauregard and Calcasieu Parishes. In addition to performing work in these areas, we have successfully completed projects in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Opelousas, Minden, Ruston and many other parts of Louisiana and in Galveston, Texas. Although the bid market has been the mainstay of work for our company, we also have developed a large “design-build” market working with architects and owners to fast-track projects that are time and money sensitive.
The Pat Williams Construction, Inc. offices, in both Leesville and Lake Charles, provide a plan room for subcontractors and vendors interested in reviewing current work in the bidding pipeline. We also offer full digitizing and printing facilities to reproduce plans and specs for estimating purposes. We are also on the iSqFt Network platform to provide internet access to subs and vendors for projects that we are currently bidding.
